HI, I want to know if all I do to remove category archives from showing in posts, do I just go to editor and category php and then remove this line of code?

{__ 'Category Archives: '}<span>{$category->title}</span>

can I do this in css as well?

Also, how do I remove the date from showing in the blog, can i just do this in css? I don't want to edit my php files when I do upgrades.

How do I also keep the slider from showing on all blog?

HI, I went to global settings and disabled the sllider and the other content to now show on the category posts, but now it moves the quote box over the nav menu - see here;

I will have to turn the global settings back on so I can show the client without the error on image shown on the screencast link.

So just to confirm,

hide "category archives"

hide "0 comments" box

also, the set featured image shows a large image in blog posts - how do I set a normal size image

Hello, for columns you can use our shortcodes. How to use them you can learn on preview page here:
probably you need 2 columns layout

Post image has fixed layout and you would have to make more customization in css, especially because edit button isn't related to image bud page width. I recommend to contact third party designer who can assist with this.

You said that you figured out some issues. Can you describe once again which issues are still open?

Hi thanks for the tips on the columns - can you just tell me how to hide "comments are closed" and I can post in the css admin? Also, is there a way I can just make the nav bar menu font larger and the top bar?

Hello, most of issues you could solve with custom css:
p.nocomments {
display: none !important;

aside.quick-info.clearfix * {
font-size: 20px !important;

nav.mainmenu * {
font-size: 20px !important;
But icons use small backgrounds so if you enlarge them they will be pixelated. You have to upload own icons and make some more significant redesing.

Hello, I mam sorry but I don't understand what do you mean? Can you describe what exactly do you mean? If I could see it live I could help more.
But I warn you that I provided only quick idea of customization and if you need more precious design modifications you must contact some designer who can assist.
We cannot provide complex customization of websites on personal demand.
Thank you for understanding.
