I found a big usability problem with portfolio and images.

In the demo of your theme, all images are squared (600x600), but that's unreal. For example, I have a 1000x1500 image, in order to see the original image and not the cropped one, my visitors need to: 1. Click the image in the portfolio to enlarge it 2. Click the image again to access to the post 3. Click the image again in order to view the original image.

That way, my visitors are never going to reach the original uncropped image...

I just want to see my images uncropped in the image post, the original one, and option to set it or something...

Here is an example: http://ivanotero.com/ait-grid-portfolio/samantha-canadas-1er-tfa/ It totally ruins my original photography, and that's unaceptable...

Theme version: Last one.

Hi, sorry but it is not in our best to provide customizations of theme based on customer request, you can use theme in the default way or do another customizations yourself. If you need to show the fullsize photo when you click on image in portfolio, you need to change the width of many containers for content.
So these changes is not possible to do by us.
Regards, Ivan.

Is not about customization, it's an usability problem in your theme and fixing it would improve it... Lots of people can't show all their works in squared images/illustration/photographies, it's just a common sense issue, a basic design and usability problem from my point of view...

I find deceptive that you put all the images squared in the demo theme even when that's unreal (and of course then everything works perfect), but when you buy it, then you notice that... Ooops! If your images are not squared, you have a considerable usability problem in the website....

I've spent years on the Internet and working with websites and designing them (only I never liked programming too much) and I think I'm not saying anything stupid, more than two clicks to access to a full size image is too much, and when you access to the image post it's confusing, most visitors will think that that's the full size image... you should take it seriously, it's just changing a few php lines to fix this problem and improve your theme.

I don't know how you work, but If you are not even to listen to your customers, then I don't think I'll be a customer of yours anymore... And I'm not even going to make a complaint on Envato or something, because I already found a workaround that fits me, but I'm used to a better support, where the designer listen to the reasonable petitions/problems that his customers find and could improve his themes, and he updates them in next patches according to that.

So... Just take it as a suggestion... :-/

To fix that would be a HUGE improvement for the theme,
especially because it's a portfolio theme for people who want to show their images, no matter what you do photos, illustrations even logos and icons, you don't want your visitor/customer to have to search for your propper uncropped image...it should be presented.

Would you mind to tell me your work around JabberCG ?
I would be very very greatful !

Since my main work is photography right now, I just link my images on 500px photography website (like flickr) with a plugin... waiting for developers to fix this... I hope.

We're not asking for customizations. We are asking for a big usability problem to be fixed in future updates.

Developers should listen to their customers, admit their mistake and fix it. Easy as that.

It's very deceptive that you show the theme demonstration with only squared images when that's totally surrealistic... I think we (customers) maybe should make a complain at themeforest because the demo is totally misleading.
