Hello, I have resolved most of my issues on my own and posted a note in each question to close the questions that I have resolved on my own. They are still showing up in my "open questions" and have not been marked as closed. I do have one or two outstanding questions that I cannot figure out on my own. It has been nearly two weeks since I first started trying to get support through this forum and I haven't had any success. Could you please close the questions that I marked as resolved and requested that you close so hopefully someone working there might care to help me with the two issues I cannot figure out?
