• All Themes are properly Tested by our team members on various development machines and hosting servers. Themes are also Tested by Envato and Themeforest staff before they are approved for sale. If you cannot make the theme running on your hosting or development environment, please make sure it meets hosting requirements.
• Read the documentation that was provided with the file, even if you are an experienced user. There are often essential instructions contained in these documents.
• Use the Search functionality on this support forum. If you're having a problem, chances are another buyer has been in the same position. There may already be an answer to your question there. If your problem hasn't yet been addressed, you can post a new question on the support forum.
• Ensure you have the technical skills required to utilize the file effectively. Generally all files purchased on the Themeforest will require at least some prior knowledge to use correctly. If you're not sure, try searching Google for a how-to.
• Start using Firebug. It's a fantastic tool for Firefox that will allow you to edit, debug, and monitor CSS, HTML, and JavaScript live in any web page. Try it and you'll fall in love with it :) You can download it from: http://www.getfirebug.com or http://addons.mozilla.org
• If you still cannot get the file to work as desired, you can wait for a response from us. It is important to note that we as authors are not required to provide Support and you are not guaranteed a response. We still do our best to help as much as we can even though we do it for free.
• Please note that we provide support Monday to Friday only. We are based in Europe, Central European Time (CET) applies. Our support forum is not a live chat where you will get an asnwer in seconds. We usually go throught support questions several times a day to ensure you'll get an answer ASAP.
• We only offer support for our themes, features and functionality unique to our theme (beyond that of WordPress). Please note that we cannot assist with general WordPress support or help with theme modifications and customizations in any capacity within our complimentary support.
