Help in installing Simpilicus Theme which I had purchased - AIT-Themes.com Support

I was unable to upload the theme in our WP site. I got the same generic error which says "Are you sure you want to do this?" I tried searching in the net and I was told to upload the files thru FTP. I did the same and it went thru successfully.

I liked your video - http://www.screenr.com/THZ and I followed this video instructions to install the theme. but I could not get the same like in your video. I'm new to WP and I need your gr8 assistance to install this WP theme in our site.

Do you have a video for Simpilicus theme same like corporate theme?. If it is, it would be a gr8 help

Following your instructions, I was able to configure the basic theme. Please check out www.metanoiaconsultants.com

I cannot see the logo. I had given the URL of the logo - metanoiaconsultants.com/mf.png . It is not displaying. I tried to upload the .jpg of the same pic and it is also not loading.

There is problem with paths to images. You can't paste metanoiaconsultants.com/mf.png into "Custom Logo" field in admin. There should be something like this: "/wp-content/uploads/mf.png" Just upload your logo through standard WordPress Media library and copy its path to "Custom Logo" field in admin.

And by "admin" i mean settings page under "Simplicius" menu item.

I had upload the pictures in the slider and it appears but there is a problem.

There is something with slider... I guess. And I can't figure out what.

Maybe you could start from scratch with template. Uninstall, delete, then upload fresh version from zip and activate it, then set it up again :/

Please make the following image smaller, it's currently over 1300px high and that's why whole slider is extremely high:

I'd suggest you to insert into slider images that will fit nicely, otherwise will be slider too slow to load as well.
