    Hey!

    I can't get the Visual Editor to work on the back end. I tried to create the config file but it's still not working. Please help!!

    For faster issue resolution please provide:

    Hi, can you please provide admin and ftp access to your site? with config.php it should work. I'll check it when will have access to your site.

    Hi, the problem what appears there for some users we can't reproduce on our installations so hard for our developers to debug some problems which do not appears for us...We've in plans to improve loading of our shortcode icons in visual editor what we hope may solve this problem.
