URGENT - Problem with slider on Home page

    This is now urgent as it has been 3 days since my last support enquiry with no one is answering.

    1. When slider image is uploaded there is no automatic resize and the slider appears huge - help as I do not want to have to resize the many many pictures I need in the sliders (the resolution is incorrect at 1024x434). Doesn't timthumb process this?

    2. The slider picture does not show up if put as the background image - this sounds like a good way to get round the problem above but it doesn't work.

    3. Icon menu pictures are not resizing.
