Footer Gallery is missing the arrows to scroll through pictures

I just updated to Fullscreen v2.9 and I just noticed that the scroll arrows on the Footer Gallery are missing...it won't let you scroll through the pictures. And if you notice, the pictures are no longer centered between the two dotted lines. How can I fix this? Do you know what happened?
