Animation on home page not working in Impression template
  • The images in the slideshow are not sliding. They will only advance if I click on the tabs. Also, there are no "previous" and "next" arrows showing up on the images like the demo. Is there a setting I am missing?

  • Hi, I looked at your page and it seems like you have set just image for each slider.
Each tab have own slider category. It seems like you have just image in each slider category.

  • Thanks for a quick response. See attached image for screen shot of my admin area in the Sliders section. I don't have some of the options to set the image in the sliders like you show in the documentation. Is this why I can't get the slider animation to work?

Your page looks fine. Can you please check in the Sliders > Categories number of sliders which you have assigned to the category?
    Thanks, Ivan.

  • Thanks again for the quick response. I understand now that you need more than one image in a tab/category in order for the slideshow to be animated. I was thinking the slideshow would slide between tabs/categories. I see know that it only slides within tabs and categories.
  • Yes, basically you have more separated sliders on page. Each under one tab.
    Regards, Ivan.
