Install Issue - AIT-Themes.com Support

I have successfully installed other themes however cannot get this to load onto my site. I keep getting the attached message after I click install now. Are there any other options for this?

For faster issue resolution please provide:
URL to your website: www.joinfirstcal.com
Browser version: tried it in IE 8 and Firefox

What version of creator do you hava?...Try to download update from themeforest.. number is 1.12

I just downloaded it this morning from the website. It downloads 1 zip file with 153 files of which one is called creator and is another zip file. I tried taking that zip out and uploading it separately and that says it is too big.
