Tabs on Main front page
  • Hello,

I cant figure out how to get the Tabs. I realize this may be a widget, but do I need to download a 'tab plug-in'? What tab plugin do I need / how did you do that?

Per your demo, where on the right you have Links, Posts, Calendar on 1 line.

Thanks so much. I must be missing something...

  • Hi webowner001,

I got your answer. The option is called "Use wrapped sidebars".

    1) put your widget as your normaly do in the sidebar you want (Appearance / Widgets and drag the widget you want in the specific sidebar on the right side).
    2) Then go to the page you want the sidebar (with its widgets) to show up (Pages / All Pages). Scroll down and you should be able to find the option "Use wrapped sidebars" in the section "Sidebar Page Settings". Just check the option "Use wrapped sidebars" and check as well the option "Use these settings". Now you will be able to have your widget on the "same line".

Please note that you will not be able to have multiple "one line" widgets. You can only have one box with different widgets in it.

I hope this help you out!

    Best,
    John.
  • Do you mean widgets in sidebar? Just go to Appearance / Widgets / then try to add to the sidebar what you want.
