The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Hello I have fallen at the first hurdle Im afraid,I have followed the instalation video to install Longpage. But it wont load I get the message 'The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.' Im using the latest version of WP.3.3.1,could this be to do with the type of zip programme on my computer ? any help would be good
