I'm getting this error:

The error happened when I just turned off the https which I'm completely dropping from my hosting account and directly after I updated WP, and all the plugins. I have uploaded the old plugins again and they are now all disabled, and I also tried to reset all the theme options but all without any luck.

Any recommendation please?

I have a reoccurring problem with this theme. I have purchased and installed WPML translation. I have created my pages in the default language. Now the pages are complete I duplicate a page for the 2 languages. When I go to the duplicated page the visual editor has no icons, the content does not show and the html tab does not work. The content, on the visual editor, is there but in html format and the text is white so nothing can be seen unless you select all the text there.

I have edited the config.php file and have tried wysiwyg = disabled but that also did not work.

There are too many plugins that cause the error (some of them are: Sociable, GT Tabs, Sexy Bookmarks, Social Slider, WP UI, WPTouch) and since I have been using them for some time in other sites I think that there must be a theme issue there.

I have a white header and dark grey content section. I want to have my Primary Nav in Black (Menu Colours) and my widgets in light grey (Link colours) however there is a problem as when I change either the menu colours or the Link colours, both change to the same.

Can you fix this so the header and widget links act separately in the same way as the links in the footer does.

The shortcodes are coded correctly according to the code shown on your Netspace Demo site. These three buttons are supposed to link to 3 different pages: About, Community, and Membership respectively. But ALL 3 buttons link to the home page, www.switchcube.ca for some reason.

Why are they default linking to somewhere other than the page they are coded to link to? Not very happy that a simple button shortcode doesn't work properly.

Please respond with a fix to this problem.

In the script.js file, go to the InitFancybox() function and change:

'hideOnOverlayClick' : 'true',

Change both to false. Then it will not close if you click anywhere in the box.

The drop-down menu for "products" works fine on homepage. But when I go to another page e.g "custom orders" the drop-down menu stops working. It appears for a second then disappears so you can't click on it. Please help!!

As you can see, 'null' appears several times below the tab content. It seems this error only crops up when using anything other than plain text. Any formatting causes 'null' to appear. I see from the forum that this error was reported back in November last year and a fix has been mentioned a few times. Have you managed to fix this bug yet?

I purchased the theme yesterday but I have a strange problem that I need your help for.
The only menu that does not work is the Globals tab one.

When I load /wp-admin/admin.php?page=ait-admin-generalOptions&tab=globals it says:

You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.


I noticed that when I activate the WP default htaccess, this is the only link that is redirected to "admin.php/?page=ait-admin-generalOptions&tab=globals" instead of "admin.php?page=ait-admin-generalOptions&tab=globals"
- notice the additional dash after admin.php/

Also, how do I take the advantage of those free skins offered along with the theme ?

1. I can't use the settings "globals" in admin backend, it just redirects me to the frontage with a 404 error. mod_rewrite is enabled, all other tabs are working but not "globals"

We are working with your theme and we love it.

There is something we don't get. When editing posts and pages we do not get the buttons for bold, italics, hyperlinks etc. in the visual window (or the html window). Just the buttons to add video's or pictures are there.

Could you please tell us what settings we need to adjust to get the full range of options in the visual window?
